My circumstances:
I accumulated 50k of unsecured debt largely through living in a luxorious way. An IVA was looked at as i could not use the neglible equity to clear the debt
My interaction with the company:

At the end of the day, we reached saturation point. All this changed everything was done efficiently.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Everytime we spoke to someone on the phone everything was explained in a straightforward way.

Not really.

I have learnt how to budget and to take my finances seriously.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
