| me and the wife had about 60k debt. we spoke payplan who advised a dmp but we reliased this would take forever to pay off |

| very helpful, we had some knowldge on the solutions but IVA was what we wanted. although i was very nervous and had my doubts that the creditors wouldnt accept this, Michael my advisor was very re-assuring and gave me some peace of mind that we were in good hands |

| struggled to get through to the drafting team at times but theyre obviously very busy |
