My circumstances:

i am a nurse living in wales. had 31k of debt

My interaction with the company:

rang debt free as i was in financial mess. staff very nice and helpful. advised iva would be the best option, which has been accepted

Why I gave the ratings I did:

would have liked to have delt with one person as i had different answers regarding joint accounts loans etc.i still am not clear about them. also i find the monthly payments a bit high
