My circumstances:
i got into debt with over 180k which was made up of interest and charges i spoke to sarah and mike and they recommended an iva.
My interaction with the company:
we had a call from a lovely young lady called sarah, sarah listened to my financial situation and recommended a debt management programme which then led to a gentlemen called mike who advised us of an iva.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
because they have always looked after us, very proffessional and we are very happy with the services we received.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
there kindest and understanding of all their staff.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
keep going forward the way you are and dont alter anything. 
Other points
i got 45k written off, very satisfied.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
