My circumstances:

Engineer from Mansfield. I got into trouble because of a serious drop in income and a £23,000 debt.

My interaction with the company:

Made an enquiry through their website, they called me afterwards and went from there. Felt like it was all sorted in a week, but in truth took just over a month to get the IVA accepted.

Everyone I spoke to was totally professional and everything from start to finish was made totally clear.

19p in the pound dividend, writing off £16,584!! Lessons are ofcourse learnt from this experience, the most obvious is no more borrowing! Happy to have sorted this out
