My circumstances:
PPI companies had taken payments of C/CS causing the problems promising to get money back,upfront payments
My interaction with the company:
always there when needed,went through everything with a fine comb
Why I gave the ratings I did:
absolutely happy with service as was aloud to take the IVA process step by step
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
was never pressured by ourselves,had numerous companies calling relentlessly
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
all services gone according to plan 
Other points
would never look at unsecure credit again

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
