|When we provide information, be it by email or letter, it would be professional to confirm that all the information provided was received. It just makes you wonder if papers have been lost, or not received. A short email, received with thanks would be sufficient.<br>|

|Comment: My guess is they have done a custumer satisfaction survey to idenfiy the happier clients. They have then sent a mail shot to this segment requsting the review, likely with some incentive (eg prize draw). It's not dishonest - just good marketing.|
