My circumstances:
We had a substantial amount of debt, which was brought on my University costs, overspend on credit cards. Property is fortunately in equity.

They were very understanding when we first contacted them and did not feel embarrassed.

When we provide information, be it by email or letter, it would be professional to confirm that all the information provided was received. It just makes you wonder if papers have been lost, or not received. A short email, received with thanks would be sufficient.<br>

Comment: My guess is they have done a custumer satisfaction survey to idenfiy the happier clients. They have then sent a mail shot to this segment requsting the review, likely with some incentive (eg prize draw). It's not dishonest - just good marketing.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
