My circumstances:
Im a consultant with £40k debt, renting with my partner and one child
My interaction with the company:
I found them through the iva.co.uk forum and made a call to them. the lady was very nice and went through everything with me. After it was confirmed IVa was my best option I then had a Case Manager allocated to me who looked after me and getting all my paperwork together. I met Melanie to go over my proposal and it seems within a couple of weeks my creditors meeting had happened and my IVA was accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Everything they did was excellent - even being patient with me as I knew I was being a pain at times!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Someone always seemed to be available and know who I was.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing 
Other points
I will never touch credit again and my little boy will definitely be taught how to look after his pennies.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
