My circumstances:
i am an Administrator, married with 2 teenage children and lilve in leeds
My interaction with the company:
i rang them, explained our situation, they posted out forms, I returned all documents requested, they sent someone to pick up the final documents. there was a change to the orignal IVA and we had to take it over 6 years rather than 5. this was agreed and the IVA accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
the rating I gave shows that they were very helpful, understanding and they reasured us that this would be the best solution and not to worry.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
they dealt with creditors who kept calling and asking for payments when the IVA had been accepted. they also helped to reduce our fuel bill without any hassel at all.

Other points
our current circumstances are that we are managing financially now, it is difficult but it has made us realise how much mess we were in. we are only 6 months into our IVA so we still have a long way to go, but hopefully we will get there.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
