My circumstances:
I am married, living in Lincolnshire. With the cost of utilitys and general day to day living soaring, over a period of time our joint earnings had to be suplemented with credit cards - we got to the stage where our monthly outgoings was higher than our income. We were 35k in debt with no sign of a way out.
My interaction with the company:
When i rang, all my fears were listened to and a solution was discussed. My first contact was fantastic. he was helpful and thorough. He told me to include things we hadnt even thought of (overdrafts etc). He totaled it all up and gave me a reasonable projected repayment figure - the relief was immense!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
they got the high ratings throughout because thats what they deserved. they were thorough, helpful, totally understanding and not one bit judgmental
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
sorted out our financial future and gave us our lives back!! 100/10 thank you
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing 
Other points
We now have an IVA, our finances are sorted, I keep a record of every penny that goes in and out of our bank - as suggested by our contact - and since December 2009 we have not been overdrawn by even 1p.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
