My circumstances:
we were trying to pay our debts off. borrowing from one person to pay another but it got to a situation where we needed to contact somebody as we couldnt afford to carry on
My interaction with the company:
we contacted cleardebt, went through some options and everyone was very helpful and they made it very clear what was needed and how the IVA would work for me
Why I gave the ratings I did:
because the service they have given me has been very good, always keeping updated etc
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
they contacted me on a regular basis, keeping me informed on the progress from start to finish
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing really

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
