My circumstances:
I had around around 50k of debt and Cleardebt helped propose and get accepted an IVA that benefited me and also my creditors.
My interaction with the company:
I filled in the online debt calculator. This was one thing that attracted them to me as i like doing things via the internet. The next day i had a telephone call and they discussed all my options. At that time the caller said he would call me back a couple days later to see what option i would like to take. In the event, i called the following day and started the IVA process. Within two days i had the first details through and their request for information needed. Within 5 weeks, the IVA was proposed and accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The way they dealt with my enquiry was with proffesionalism and speed and also they sounded like they cared and understood the problems i was going through.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
As soon as they agreed to propose my IVA i felt a lot more relaxed which made me feel alot better.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I dont feel they could improve on anything in my case. 
Other points
I have just completed the first year of my IVA and all is going well. I am learning how to live within my budget and not to rely on credit. My dividend is around 43p in the £1.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
