My circumstances:
Married with £78K joint debt. Problems started when a couple of credit cards hiked the monthly payments up from £50 to £200 per month. Everything ballooned from there.
My interaction with the company:
Sent an I&E form through which was completed and submitted. Then loads of things pre-printed on the I&E form (i.e. school meals) were taken away and we were told to use our monthly food allowance. Forms came through but names were mis-spelled and returned on at least two occasions. IVA was accepted with changes. Still awaiting responses to two letters submitted in Jan/Feb 2010. Last time I phoned was very unimpressed with the customer care skills of the lady I spoke to.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I thought they were in for us as much as the creditors, that is why we chose the IVA as we wanted to pay money back but not at the complete detriment to our kids. DFD seem to work a lot more on the side of the creditors.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Got our names spelled correctly on the third set of paperwork.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Customer service on the telephone could be vastly improved. 
Other points
Still in IVA (month 9) although I should have looked into things a lot further before signing up for it. Our problems have been created by us, not our children but its the kids who are totally suffering out of all this. The dividend was 29% although this will have incresed as our payments have had to increase from month 4!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
