My circumstances:
I am a single person and had 47k debt and property with a negative equity
My interaction with the company:
I had previously phoned companies who were incredibly pushy and wanted me to pay them before doing any work. They also gave inaccurate advice. I was immediately put at ease in talking to McCambrdieg Duffy. They were highly professional, reassuring, and accurate in the advice they gave.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because at each stage of the process I knew that I could rely on them. They were symathetic and easy to talk to and I felt that I could trust them. I knew I was in safe hands.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
On the day of the creditors meeting I was told to phone in 1 hour after the start of the meeting. The person I spoke to didnt know my case but looked at the file and was immediately able to tell me what had happened and then sent all of the paperwork through and did the final telephone call. It was such an imense relief. Id like to say a special thankyou to him, Ronan ODonnell, to Sean Doram, who I spoke to in the early stages (the first point of contact being a very importnat time) and to James Green who prepared my IVA. I would, and have already, highly recommend them to anyone!
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing! 
Other points
My dividend was 44p in the pound. Im not sure how much will be written off as there is the option to extend if equity becomes available in my property, but its likely to be in excess of 20k. Ive learnt never to let things get this far again. Im going to use this time to look at my relationship with money and change it!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
