My circumstances:
I am a nurse and I accrued my debt gradually from my nurse training. Nurses are not entitled to student benefits so I had personal loans, credit cards etc thinking once I had qualified I could pay them easily. How wrong I was! It spiralled out of control and I ended up 19k in debt.
My interaction with the company:
I chatted with someone online and they rang at my convenience, several phone calls later and some paperwork my IVA was accepted after some modifications. Every stage of the process I spoke to understanding people.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10/10 because they were professional and non-judgemental towards me. I knew they were doing the best for my proposal.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Communication was excellent, if I left a message they rang straight back.

Other points
I now have a normal, no frills bank account. No reems of cards and accounts and it is such a weight off my mind to pay a set amount every month that is managable to me. Approx 7k will be written off after 5 years.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
