My circumstances:
full time mum living with partner no equalty in house
My interaction with the company:
they ran us over a number of calls to be exact were on the phone for hours as i was not sure really putting my mind at rest (or so we thought) all forms sent asap all completed
Why I gave the ratings I did:
they are fraudsters. honestly stay clear!, they sounded greta on the phone after spending hours talking me into at as they had already talked my partner into it i needed more convincing which they managed!!!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the sales pitch they give you is soooooo good but soooooo false
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
being so pushy on the phone and asking for card details.... thats where they get yah! 
Other points
never touch these, they are so convincing but god they have already shown their true colours within 2wks of applying...back and white no fees as this will be included in payments.... well theyve took it out of bank without my say so atall!! lies!! IT WILL ONLY TAKE 2 WKS FOR ALL TO BE SORTED...lies again none take this quick!!...when ALL set and up ready to roll u cant contact them what so ever!!! short but sweet they are liers and money grabbers but dont ever give your card details to them cos they will take money you havent even allowed them

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
