| My circumstances: |
| we had done some home improvements to our house and had some things on hp but then my overtime stopped. we found our income wasnt enough for our outgoings and then started to live off the cards |

| someone had mentioned an IVA to us, we went online and found cleardebts site, filled out some details on the calculator and then we had a call. much easier to discuss over the phone than just online and was a lot more helpful |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| difficult to say as we had nothing to compare cleardebt to but we havent had any problems with them |

| nothing especially just the overall service was good, always somebody to talk to if we had any queries |

| made us look at our finances for the first time in years. still have to watch our spending and budget but it has changed our mindset and we now manage our finances a lot better. i pay £156 pm on 34k paying back about 15% |
