My circumstances:
I work full time and my wife works part time . We have two children and are home owners We owed 80K in the form of loans, cards, over drafts etc . We did owned a second property which was in negative equity and rented out . We struggled to pay all the monthly bills , getting deeper and deeper into debt each month.
My interaction with the company:
I called the company as I badly needed professional debt managment advice. I spoke to a member of staff who was very supportive and gave me some good early advice. I then sent in forms as requested and had further discussions with a member of staff . All this time staff were supportive and easy to contact. After a time the IVA was accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave the rating as the staff who handled my case were supportive, helpful , friendly and easy to contact. I knew the members of staff by name and had a single point of contact .
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was able to contact them on a direct telephone line at any time for help and advice with a single point of contact in the office
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
 
Other points
I have just started an IVA and will aim to pay 27% of the total debt.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
