My circumstances:
I am a 35 year old man with a wife, 2 children a mortgage and 39k worth of debt totaling £900 per month in payments without my mortgage or utility bills! After being made redundant i struggled to hold my head above water.
My interaction with the company:
I e-mailed and had a live chat with the company and they went through all my options and after careful consideration i chose the IVA route. The forms were posted out the following day and after some small changes my IVA was excepted and we are now £650 a month better off!!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated the company 9/10 out of 10 because i felt at ease and totally re assured all the way through the process. Deffinately a company you can trust.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was impressed with the fact that they were at the end of the phone whenever i needed them.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing! 
Other points
I would now never enter into any type of debt. Id rather same and know that any thing i want is paid for totally.<br> Now that im £650 a month better off i can at last breath and enjoy my family. This is the happiest weve been in a long time, Thank you!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
