| My circumstances: |
| Following both myself and my partner going through a divorce, selling our marital properties at a loss and time off work through stress, we were left with a combined debt of 60k. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| All interactions with the company were excellent. They maintained an extremely professional manner but at the same time were able to provide a compassionate and understanding human element. Not many companies can do this! |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| They received 10 out of 10 for everything from me as that is the rating they deserve! They took the stress out of everything and were able to provide an excellent solution for me. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| Charlie, Caroline, Rosie and everyone else were extremely helpful at all times and all went out of their way to help me with things which could have been considered trivial. They never made me feel this was the case though and I felt very comfortable asking those stupid questions. Charlie probably had to put up with the worst from me especially when I freaked out at one point but he was superb and calmed me down quickly and provided me with the information I needed to deal with the problem. Rosie was also excellent and did a fantastic job negotiating with the creditors, meaning the IVA was realistic to help to ensure completion and avoid bankruptcy from the creditors unrealistic demands. Caroline has again been excellent and shown great patience with delays on my part. |

| I have not any experience which has left me feeling that anything could be improved. |
| Other points |
| 29p to the pound over 5.5 years I believe but it has not been about this for me. It was about finding a realistic and maintainable solution that would avoid bankruptcy and stop creditors from stressing us out! It was lovely to come back to an empty post box today which would normally have been stuffed full of demands from creditors! Thank you to everyone who has worked on our case! :) |
