My circumstances:
I built up alot of debt and didnt know how to get out of it i buried my head in the sand for years borrowing more to try and pay back what i could.In the end my debts reached 50k i needed help only working part time i was in a mess.<br> I picked up the courage to make the call and help was to hand, making the call and asking for help to me was so hard and mostly the fact i was embarrassed to admit the amount of debt i had.But having faced it a great big weight has now been lifted its a relief.All the staff were really nice and friendly no one judge me but gave me all the advice i needed.
My interaction with the company:
After i made the call the offered me lots of professional advice with no pressure what so ever all the descisions were mine to go ahead with an iva. They put me at ease being friendly and explained everything step by step.The forms were sent and returned and my iva accepted.<br> I cant say anything bad about them first class service from start to finish.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were really friendly from start to finish i never felt once like i was being judged or pressured in any way, just a relaxing feeling of being helped every step of the way.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They were always just a phone call away and never once kept me waiting.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
To speed the process up i understand the invovement on all sides but weeks of waiting are stressful.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
