My circumstances:
i am a planner living in north england with 60k of debt and 7k to 10k equity in property.
My interaction with the company:
i rang to discuss all my options,they made recommendations and delt with my case immedialtely and efficiently.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were simply excellent especiaaly in the customer service area and they made me feel at ease in a worrying time.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
customer service and speed of response.(excellent)
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
none 
Other points
my circumstances were not made aware to me as my ex partner ran most of the debt without my knowledge,40% will be written off,from now i will be in total control of my finances.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
