| My circumstances: |
| We are a couple in our sixties with a debt of £70000 due to job loss and illness,as we are on a pension we could not service the debt for much longer. I found the IVA forum and decided to get in touch with IVA ADVICE BUREAU as Melanie Giles and team were very well thought of there. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| When I rang them everything was explained to me very clearly so I opted for an IVA. They advised a full and final lump sum IVA as we had some money left from the sale of our home. To our relief the creditors accepted it. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 10/10 because they were so caring and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. |

| They didnt judge us at all and were very friendly. |

| nothing they were excellent. |
