My circumstances:
The wife and i found ourselves in about 40k debt. we originally had an IVA with dfd but had to cancel because we had problems.We started a dm plan with abacus/cleardebt due to affordability,things improved so we wanted another IVA.
My interaction with the company:
we spoke to cleardebt about an IVA. heired our concerns because our bad experience with the previous IVA but they put our mind at rest, we both decided the IVA would be the best route for us to take so they sent us a pack out and we went for it

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
