My circumstances:
I separated from my husband 2 years ago and continued to pay debts accured in the marriage as they were mostly in my name. I had £54K of debt in total and eventually realised I couldnt cope and needed a way out.
My interaction with the company:
I found them on the internet, filled in the online form and they contacted me straight away. Within 4 weeks, my IVA was accepted and in place. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, I couldnt have asked for more during a stressful time. Thank you very much!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10/10 in every area as I felt I was in safe hands and could trust them. No complaints whatsoever.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They were very reassuring and patiently explained the procedure throughout.

Other points
I had £54K of debt, paying around £850 a month. This has now been reduced to £340 for five years. A big lesson learnt. No more credit for me!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
