| My circumstances: |
| I had built up the debt over the years. Im divorced and have daughters but hadnt the courage to tell them what a mess I was in. I was over £30,000 in debt with no way out. |

| I rang in on a saturday and I remember the girl I spoke to Rebecca and thought what a lovely person she was and how she gave me a bit of hope for the future. I could hardly talk on the phone I was crying that much! |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I cant fault Cleardebt, I wish I could explain the difference it has made to my life - the relief I felt when IVA was accepted is beyond belief. I still cant believe that my creditors accepted it. |

| Just the way Rebecca made me feel better, she gave me the courage to tell my family which was a huge weight off my shoulders. |
