My circumstances:
I am a freelance IT Contractor working in the Financial and Telecoms market.<br> I had an excessive amount of debt living in Bournemouth
My interaction with the company:
I had a really good relationship with the firm. I always felt that I was in the hands of experts and never felt uncomfortable with my situation when dealing with them
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I only down rated to lower than a ten on the grounds that they were obviously very busy and couldnt be just looking at my case and as a result perhaps had to wait a while (normally same day though ) to get through. And would have like to secured a lower dividend.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I am a firm beleiver in being straight and using plain English. The whole team did this and I got the points that I needed to understand about what was happening and when.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Ultimately I would have liked my first IVA attempt to have gone through and the second one to have completed quicker. Sometimes there was a rush on to get information that we were not dependant on the creditors feedback for that we could have dealt with sooner . None the less the end result has been what we wanted and now have. 
Other points
My IVA arranged for a 40% dividend on my total debt which is substancial- Of course I would have like this to be lower but I now have closure and a plan to move forward with .

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
