My circumstances:
I WORK AS A HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT SINCE SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR AND BEFORE THAT I WAS UNEMPLOYED FOR ABOUT 5 MONTH, GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE WHCH PUT ME IN THIS SITUATION... I HAVE AROUND 18K DEPT AND MY ONLY ASSET IS MY CAR....
My interaction with the company:
I HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED TO MY COMPANY THROUGH ANOTHER FIRM. THEY GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME IN A VERY SHORT TIME AND DISCUSSED MY CIRCUMSTANCES AND ADVISED ME WHICH ACTION WOULD BE THE BEST FOR ME. KEITH MAXWELL WAS THE FIRST PERSON I HAVE MET FROM THE COMPANY AND HE GAVE A VERY GOOD IMPRESSION ABOUT THE FIRM AND REASSURED ME THAT THEY CAN HELP ME. I HAVE RECEIVED MY DRAFT PROPOSAL IN 1 WEEK. AFTER FEW CHANGES THE MEETING WAS SET UP IN 4 WEEKS.BECAUSE MY FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES HAD CHANGED NEXT MEETING WAS SET UP AND ACCEPTED. VERY SMOOTH AND PROFESSIONAL.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I RATED THEM 9 OUT OF 10 BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY TALKING ABOUT....
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
THEPROPOSAL WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND THE INFORMATION KEITH MAXWELL OPTAINED FROM ME IN HALF AN HOUR WAS PUT IN WRITING IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER.....WELL EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO MY CREDITORS....
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
WRITE OFF MORE OF THE DEBT...BUT OVERALL NOT MUCH TO IMPROVE... 
Other points
IVA HAS TOUGHT ME THAT I WILL BE LEGALLY PROTECTED TOWARDS MY CREDITORS WHILE NO PARTS BREACHES THE TERMS AND I HAVE THE TIME TO PAY IT BACK IN 5 YEARS...I THINK I DIDNT GAINED MUCH MONEY IN WRITING OFF THE DEBT THIS IS EXLUDING THE INTREST OF COURSE....

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
