My circumstances:
I am a PA to a Chief Executive and built up over a period of 25 years debt totalling £32000. I hid the debt from my husband and family and in the end i had run my credit cards to the limit and was in a situation where there was nowhere to turn.Property was in negative equity so a remortage was out of the question.
My interaction with the company:
I was very nervous ringing them as i was ashamed of all my debt but they were very helpful and didnt make me feel bad at all. They sent out the forms very quickly and recommended and IVA. When the IVA was accepted they rang me promptly to tell me the good news. I have just had my first review and am in my 2nd year and for the first time in years i feel positive and in control of my finances with cleardebt behind me.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They always made me feel at ease and the advice and help i received was excellent.

They talked to me and not down to me and were not judgemental

Other points
I have learnt to be in control of my finances although its not always easy. My fexible friend turned out to be my flexible enemy. Dividend is 44p in the £<br>

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
