My circumstances:
I am married with one child and had approx 32k of debt.
My interaction with the company:
after speaking to mike thomas debtwizard, i was referred to melanie giles office and spoke to melanie nicholls who went through all our options and was very reassuring and understanding. the iva was dealt with by gareth bishop of phillip gill & co who has been extremely helpful and informative throughout the process.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have rated the company 10 out of 10 in all areas as i feel they have been fantastic. I was kept informed of the progress and updates at all times and was always contacted atthe agreed time. In all conversations regarding the IVA the practitioners and advisors i spoke to were very reassuring and really made me feel positive about my situation. I feel more confident and in control of my finances now than ever before.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
gareths telephone and email communication have been excellent - sometimes receiving a response back within seconds of sending an email! he has responded to every single query we have had with expertise knowledge and sound advice.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
