| After being recommended, we called Melanie Giles who was very understanding about our situation, she gave us all our options and clearly answered all our concerns, within just a few weeks our proposal was completed and subsequently accepted |

| I rated Melanie as 10/10 as her team are excellent at what they do, very reassuring and easy to speak to with an excellent attention to detail and thus providing a personal approach to individual circumstances |
