My circumstances:
I am a recently seperated working mother with debts over £30k and no equity in my property
My interaction with the company:
After a lot of thought i went onto the intranet to seek debt advice. I initially spoke to Shane who was really helpful and understanding and was available both on the phone and via email. The proposal was passed through Jonathan and the documentation was sent to me for approval and signature. Creditors meeting took place this morning - Theresa telephoned me initially to discuss modifications as requested by creditors and then after having them explained to me fully the proposal was accepted and the first payment made. I can only begin to describe the huge sense of relief!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 9 out of 10 because they answered every query of mine by return, they explained the whole process to me and i felt able to talk to them and discuss the situation fully.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
It was just the friendliness of the people i dealt with. When you are in this situation you feel so stupid and irresponsible and yet at no point did anyone in McCambridge Duffy make me feel like this.

I know have managable payments and can begin to plan ahead

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
