My circumstances:
We are a couple with £65k in debts, we contacted Vincent Bond who went through the different options with us and we decided on an IVA. They arranged for a mortgage broker who helped us arrange a mortgage which took 4 months to complete, we then had a lump sum to offer as a full and final IVA.
My interaction with the company:
We had already agreed the best way forward with Vincent Bond and then the documents were packaged and sent to the IVA advice bureau. We were waiting for the funds from the re-mortgage then the proposal was finalised and accepted straight away by the creditors. We spoke often to Claire whenever we had any problems with creditors and also had a meeting with Melanie Giles who really put our minds at ease, after this meeting we were confident Melanie could get our IVA accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave excellent ratings because they did an excellent job. I only gave 7 out of 10 for the speed of response because of the time it took to arrange the meeting from us receiving the money from the mortgage it was approximately 6 weeks.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Melanie and Claire provided a really good proposal that the creditors could not really turn down.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
The speed of finalising the proposal, sending it out to be signed by us and then arranging the meeting. Everything else was excellent. 
Other points
Although the iva will be recorded on our credit history for 5-6 years, we have cleared our debt of approx £65k with an offer of £29k. We only have our mortgage now and it is such a relief. We will never get a credit card again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
