My circumstances:
I am an Import clerk living in Merseyside, I have 18K of debt and no equity (I live in rented accomodation)
My interaction with the company:
I rang the National debt line, who recommended McCambridge Duffy who recommended an IVA. They posted the form after the initial consultation and after some slightcanges to the T&C the IVA was accepted by my creditors.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated the company 9/10 overall as if I ever have the slightest query I can email my contact who are very quick to respond. No question is stupid and they do everything they can to answer.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They spoke to me like an adult; not condescending which I have found with a few other companies I spoke to.

Other points
I have learnt that I was stupid to run up the debt I dd but it is my problem and I need to face up to that and pay what I can. My creditors will receive 35p in the pound so I pay 180 a month and will pay back 10800 over 5 years, which means 7050 has been written off or 39%.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
