My circumstances:
Working couple,wife part-time after having first child. Accumalated £65,000 over 6 years. No equity in property. Had heard of IVA before and after few weeks of searching internet,found McCambridge and Duffy to have the best reveiws.<br> <br> They did not dissapoint us at all.
My interaction with the company:
My husband rang them,and they spoke to us about all our debts. Then the next day Charlie Nash phoned and said we stood a good chance of getting a IVA since if we went Bankrupt and having no equity the credit companys would get nothing.<br> If it wasnt for xmas our IVA would have been thru in 5 weeks........<br> <br> Everytime i phoned them with a query they were always very helpful and supportive.<br> <br> In the the end we had £40,000 worth of debt wiped out,25p in the pound we payed.<br> <br> I can now sleep at nite.....and WILL NEVER have another credit card.......busy saving for a rainy day rather than using plastic!!!!!!!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10/10 on everything as they couldnt have made our "journey" any easier, a VERY professionnel firm with your future in mind!!!!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
