| My circumstances: |
| I am a young mum of two small children, who works part time. I had debt of over 20k, and went into a joint IVA with my partner who also had over 20k debt. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| My partner was the initial person to ring. They listened to everything he had to say, which seemed unusual to him as any other company he had spoken to were not interested and couldnt give him the time of day. Helen was extremely sympathetic to our situation. We had a two year old son and our second baby on the way. We were both living with our parents and desperately wanted to live together as a family, and raise our children in a proper family, happy environment. The help that Varden Nuttalls gave us were exceptional! Now they helped us achieve our dream and we are just entering our second year of living together. Our Iva proposal was accepted outright! Before the IVA, I lived in Manchester with the children and my partner, on the Wirral. He only got to see his children at weekends, but now we are all together everyday thanks to their help! |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I gave them 10 out of 10 as they are just exceptional. The are understanding, sympathetic and will do all they can to help! They return your calls when they say they will and they are very competent...! |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| They treated us with respect, they didnt look down on us. A lot of companies do if youre a person in a lot of debt, they look down their noses and treat you like youre stupid. Varden Nuttalls did nothing but help and support us! |

| I cannot think of anything that could be improved! |
| Other points |
| I earlier explained our living circumstances and that has taught us that as long as we have that and are together, material things do not matter! |

If you want to go around being a pessimist, and cannot believe that someone could get so much help and think so much of a company, then what are you doing on a review site? | ||
