| i spoke to them, they took my details, listened and explained the various options available. A proposition was sent to me to check and sign, and then a creditors meeting was called with my suggested solutions being accepted with one minor adjustment. |

| You are made to feel like a human being, not judged or ,made to feel embarrassed by your situation. Halima is a credit(no pun intended) to the organisation, extremely patient with my repetitive questions! |
