My circumstances:
I live in Gloucestershire and was struggling with my monthly in comings and out goings, I was on 23k p/a and had no assets.
My interaction with the company:
I rang cleardebt after reading customer reviews and discussed my situation with an advisor and we agreed that IVA was the best route as I did want to pay all my debts without losing any of my household items to baliffs. I set up my IVA and everything was going well until I was then made redundant in June 2009, I was unemployed for a month and luckily found another job. Unfotunantly I had to take a paycut and lost 1/3 of my original salery, due to the job markets and finacial situations within the prouction industry. Cleardebt were great about this as they re-negotiated my IVA with my creditors and agreed a new monthly amount.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because they helped ease the stress and worry I was under, and they were realy trustworthy and helpful
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Helped after I was made redundant and explained where I stood with my IVA
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
maybe have a back up person as the person I was deaing with was sometimes hard to get hold of . 
Other points
I have learnt that there is always an option to getting out of debt. Cleardebt helped to write of 74% of my debt.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
