My circumstances:
I had mounting debts issues of over £120,000. I felt I had no where else to turn and was introduced to McCambridge & Duffy by Netchwood Networks Limited who have also been very helpful.
My interaction with the company:
After my initial meetings with Netchwood Networks Limited they submitted my proposal to McCambridge & Duffy. I have to say that everyone I have spoken to and delat with at mcCambridge & Duffy and Netchwood networks have been so helpful and understanding in this very difficult time.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The care and level of service I have received has been second to none. They explained the wholst process to me and were always available to talk to. I initially thought my only option was bankrupty but they advsied me the pros and cons of everything and after many discussions we felt that an IVA was the best way forward for me. I would happily recommend Mcambridge & Duffy to anyone who is going through the same as me. They are wonderful. It really does not cost a penny to talk to them.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The IVA was due to go to Court and 2 of the Creiditors, at the last minute asked to extend the term time. Rosie at McCambridge & Duffy negotiated on my behalf with them and managed to secure the original term time as already put forward. She was fantastic I have to say.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing. They are great, no improvement needed. 
Other points
I have learnt from all this is to not put myself in this situation again. Do not borrow more than you can afford to pay back. I will now pay for thisngs with cash, and what I cant afford, i will save for. I can relax and have a nice Christmas without the worry of money troubles.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
