| IVA Advice Bureau were very helpful, customer care is excellent and I was able to speak to staff out of normal office hours. |

| We rated 10 out of 10 consistently because IVA Advice Bureau were interested in our own personal circumstances, and strived to get the best possible result for us and the creditors. Very sympathetic to our situation. |

| Being able to speak directly with our insolvency practitioner at the weekends and out of normal office hours. |

| Nothing - customer care was excellent, and we dealt with a small, professional team. |
