| I rang them feeling nervous and embarrasssed but was put at ease immediately by the young man I spoke to, Marcus. They suggested meeting them in person, at a location I found most comfortable and a time that suited me. I went through my I&E with them at this meeting, then they sent a proposal to me in the post the next day. After a brief chat on the phone to Marcus again I decided to go for the IVA and it was accepted at the creditors meeting. I wish other companies (whatever the industry) would attempt to emulate the high level of customer experience I received. |
