My circumstances:
I work in the media industry in London and continued to build debts after finishing university. I was living a lifestyle well outside my means and was in total denial about my debt. I dont own a home and had debts in excess of 30k
My interaction with the company:
I called them after seeing an advertisment on television and spoke a very friendly girl who reccommended I go for an IVA
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated the speed of response 4 out of 10 because I felt the whole process could have been a lot faster and caused me lots of anxiety while I was waiting to see if my IVA was accepted

Comment: I am employed by Debt Free Direct and the time it now takes on average for a client to set up an IVA with ourselves has nearly halved since this review was posted.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
