| My circumstances: |
| I am a civil servant living in Sheffield. I had 27.5k of debt and a property which does not have enough equity to enable me to pay my debts. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I rang them and explained my situation and they recommended IVA. I completed the forms and after some small changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. I was told to phone at 10.45am on the day of the meeting but received a phone call 1 hour earlier informing me that my IVA had already been accepted. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated then 10 out of 10 because of the speed with which my IVA was sorted. I expected it to drag on for months |

| There is always someone available to answer any questions. |

| No improvement necessary. |
