My circumstances:
I am live in South Wales with my husband who is in full time employment, I am currently seeking work that fits in with our 2 small children. We had 38K of debt.
My interaction with the company:
I found McCambridge Duffy online & filled in a few details. They called me back & went through my options. They recommended an IVA, I emailed details of our finances & posted information to them so that they could put the proposal together.<br>
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have rated them 10 out of 10 because they were excellent. Friendly, approachable & professional service.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
When I had creditors sending threatening letters & making phone calls they elevated my worries & concerns. I always felt like they were very approachable & on hand to help me with any queries & acted professionally throughout.

My IVA was successful & I managed with the help of McCambridge Duffy to get 20K written off.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
