My circumstances:
200K debt between wife and myself. This was combined unsecured loans, attachment to Northern Rock Mortgage and credit cards
My interaction with the company:
I rang, no embarrassment, no glib comments, very understanding on a day I had seen coming and avoided as long as possible. Felt great after phone call. All correspondence 1st class delivery and clear and easy to follow
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I had no problems with them at all or there sub company Abacus. Evry email queries or concern was dealt with or fully explained within a day max.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Initial contact with Mike Morgan was great. Put me at ease, I didnt feel embarrassed. The Guy should work for the Samaritons part time
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Im really searching here....but send out more free envelopes to return corresspondence. I had to ask and was often sent just 2 or 3 at a time. But having said that...they always arrived 
Other points
both mine and the wifes IVA excepted. 21 pence in pound for each of us and therefore 42 for joint debts. Maybe remortgae if we can to release assets towards end of IVA.<br> We have both learnt the hard way to avoid overcommittment

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
