My circumstances:
partner was a carer for his mum for several years and i was working full time -- so had 3 lots of money coming in -- then partner mum went into a home and he couldnt get a job -- so was living just of my money -- which was difficult -- so started getting credit cards to help pay of the bills -- then another one then another one -- partner then did get a job -- and we got a loan to pay of the credit cards -- unfortently the firm we worked for got made redundant so back to me paying the bills -- and then we ran out of money so started using the credit cards again -- as well as paying of the loan --- we could never catch up with what we were paying with all the interest that went on -- partner was working in between but only with an agency and wasnt regular money ==
My interaction with the company:
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i gave them 10 out of 10 cause they were excellent in everything - and was easy to talk to and sort problems out - and the paper work was sent back at a reasonable rate of time -- usualy about a week later
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
when rang always spoke to someone different -- but you didnt have to go over your case history --- was just as if you were dealing with the same person over and over again

Other points
we have gone through the iva -- and pay of the debt over the next 5 years or so --- i have learnt credit cards are not the solution to getting extra cash ----

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
