| My circumstances: |
| I had approximately £80k of unsecured debt and few assets, but a car I needed to retain. Whilst prepared to go bankrupt I favoured an IVA - which was accepted with a dividend of 0.40p/£. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| Generally a really good service. Highly knowedgeable and helpful - and definitely prepared to go the extra mile. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| Virtually everything they did was excellent. I would have like to have had a little more continuity throughout the process in terms of one or two contacts, but this was a very minor issue. Delays were predominantly due to gathering data, although there was a bit of a lull in the middle of the process where I needed to chase. Again, excellent service though. |

| Negotiated with creditors to amend unreasonable modifications. |
