My circumstances:
I was in an IVA previously and it was my own fault but it defaulted. From then on I was trying to juggle my payments and get on until I could get another IVA proposed. It was a stressful time.
My interaction with the company:
My partner saw an advert online and I filled in the IVA calulator and got a call the same day. The initial advisor was very helpful and professional. The whole process went smoothly.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have given high ratings because my experiance so far with Cleardebt has been excellent.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was getting nasty phone calls from a creditor who wouldnt believe I was in an IVA. As I thought everything had been sorted I was a little distressed. However I called Cleardebt and the matter was resolved that day, I was impressed. Cleardebt always got back to me if I had any queries within half a day.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
The only thing I can think of which isnt a huge factor as I wanted to pay as much as possible towards the IVA was that a figure of £200 was mentioned then not long after it was a figure of £300, as I said not a problem but maybe in future dont mention a figure and put that in someones head until you have confirmed what the client will be paying. Also I havent as yet received this years report which was due in August as the person I was dealing with has left the company. I have been told today that this will be sent out shortly. 
Other points
I am very happy and have about 2 and half years left to until the IVA is complete. I will be writing off around 12k in total.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
