| I am a factory worker and my wife is a homemaker and between us we had 24k of debt. |

| My wife looked on the website and they rang us up and listened to our situation and recommended an IVA, they did it all over the phone , sent the correct paperwork to sign and after a few changes the IVA was accepted at the creditors meeting, very friendly and helpful. |
