My circumstances:
I am a working single mum of 1,i had 45k worth of unsecured debt and no assets.I felt completly ashamed of my situation and felt almost criminal until i found this site.
My interaction with the company:
after looking at this site i decided to go onto the clear debt website and fill in the online form. i was phoned the very next day and had my options clearly explained.I received the proposal within a week sent back the forms.Six weeks later my IVA was approved with no changes.All the staff were easy to speak to and i felt at ease to talk to them.I would highly recommend them and for the first time i feel in control of my life.I no longer dread the phone ringing or the postman walking up the path,a huge thanks to all.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated cleardebt 10/10 because they were fantastic, always answered my queries,gave superb advise.

Other points
my iva has just been approved,45k woth of debt dividend 13p I have learnt alot of lessons but the most important is never to use credit for as long as i live.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
